  • Cristina Alaimo - Information Systems, Data Analytics and Operations department: "Three reasons for a social science of data and AI"
  • Jan Lampe - Accounting and Management Control department: "From Dark Data to Performance Insight: People Analytics, Past & Present"
  • Alentina Vardanyan - Management department: "The Comparative Self: How AI Shapes Identity and Organizing in Creative Work"

Keynotes:

  • Aleksandra Semenenko (Databricks): How to Build the Next Generation of Intelligent Applications using Agentic and Generative AI

Aleksandra, Aspram, and Michel are Data & AI Specialists at Databricks who help enterprises design and deploy generative AI and agentic systems at scale. They work with global brands across industries to identify high-impact use cases, avoid common pitfalls, and build LLM-powered solutions — from fine-tuning models to orchestrating multi-agent frameworks. Before Databricks, they worked at L’Oréal, Jellyfish, and Artefact.

  • Marie Douriez (360Learning): Reinventing Online Training with Generative AI

Marie is an AI Engineer at 360Learning, a French collaborative learning platform. She has built generative AI features that streamline content creation, helping users create quizzes and full courses from existing documents or simple prompts. She has also developed an AI-powered search to help users find instant answers within platform content. Previously, she worked as a Data Scientist at Lyft and Netflix near San Francisco.
