• Implementation of awareness-raising actions for students regarding the impact of the deployment of cyber technologies, in order to better prepare them to integrate these reflexes and this culture into their professional lives. This includes, but is not limited to, round tables, course modules/weeks, and dedicated cybersecurity masterclasses.
• Encouraging the production of student content on cybersecurity and society, notably through its MetaLab Institute IDEAS program. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication of student articles and theses on cybersecurity-related topics.

Provision of its AI research platform developed by the MetaLab Institute, made available to cybersecurity researchers within the framework of the TAL-CYB project, along with support from MetaLab Institute AI specialists in using this platform. Computing resources shall be borne by the researchers according to their usage.

It is agreed between the Parties that the terms and conditions of use of said platform shall be defined jointly by the Parties.

- Access to a mentor from the Enlightening Entrepreneurship pillar for young companies incubated within the CYU ecosystem offering cybersecurity solutions (support for business development). A dedicated resource shall be made available at the launch of these actions, and its scope shall be defined in agreement with CYU.

• Organization of cybersecurity-focused hackathons, open to all incubated entrepreneurs (or candidates for incubation) within the CYU ecosystem, on the basis of one hackathon per year.

Organization of cybersecurity events on ESSEC campuses bringing together TAL-CYB stakeholders, on the basis of one conference per year.

These commitments shall result in the provision, by ESSEC, of the resources engaged in the above-mentioned actions for the TAL-CYB project, in accordance with project management constraints. The contributions of ESSEC within the framework of the actions presented in Article 3 shall therefore be disseminable to the entire CY community as well as to the partners and members of the aforementioned TAL-CYB consortium, with the exception of elements for which ESSEC holds intellectual property rights.

The Beneficiary undertakes to implement these actions in accordance with the implementation schedule detailed in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement.
